History and Physical Examination including Pap smears, breast and pelvic examinations, and breast self-exam education; referrals for mammography and laboratory studies, as needed, and general wellness counseling.

Contraceptive Counseling including prescribing of oral contraceptive pills, IUD's, diaphragms, and cervical cap fittings; discussing health benefits as well as risks and providing individualized explanations and management of all birth control options, including Norplant and Depo Provera.

Preconception and Maternity Care including advice on how to achieve optimal health before and during pregnancy, and how to minimize risks; screening for potential problems.  Early prenatal care is important for your ongoing health and your developing baby.

Perimenopausal & Postmenopausal Consultation consisting of full annual examinations including a complete health history, assessment and physical examination, with additional focus and counseling on the symptoms that may develop during this transition time.  Hormone replacement therapy may be recommended.
